Quick-FDS Safety Data Sheets

A Safety Data Sheet is a form that contains data about the properties of a chemical substance (its use, characteristics, storage, hazards, etc).

Quick-FDS is an intermediation platform for Safety Data Sheets that ensures the regulatory, secure and certified transmission of SDS. With the Quick-FDS solution we have set up a new search system for SDS: by GS1 barcode, article code or by the name of the product. Just log on to this website and enter Brunel under the supplier’s name, leaving the password empty.

Regulations for detergents

A detergent is any product that claims to clean, degrease or remove dirt. The objective of detergent regulations is to detail a part of the composition of detergent products on the labels and on the website.

Example with an intensive kitchen degreasing agent
Example with a bactericidal disinfectant

Biocidal products regulations

The objective of these regulations is to control substances with biocidal chemical actions (disinfectants, bactericides, insecticides, repulsives, etc.) and finished products.

These regulations stipulate that the labels must specify information such as the effect of the product (curative and/or preventive), indications about the precise dosage, the active materials, their batch number and quantities, the type of product, etc. By 2023, the labels must also include the Marketing Authorisations for finished products.
